• Cleanliness, comfort of bed, soft cushy pillows, ergonomic desk chair.
• For three days in a row my room was not cleaned even though I asked at desk for service.

“Clean, comfortable, great location. Was really a nice no frills place to come back at end of day. I liked that coffee was available in the lobby 24 hours. I appreciated the friendly hellos from the desk clerk every time I walked in.
I am, however, a late riser and tended to miss the first pass of room cleaning. The Sleep Inn slipped a note under my door every day, they passed informing me that if I needed my room clean to call or stop by the front desk before noon and my room would be cleaned. For the last three days of my stay, I informed the front desk when I would leave between 10:30 and 11:00 yet my room was not cleaned.”

• Friendly staff and convenient location.
• Terrible pool area, no onside fitness facility. No bathtub.

“Hotel was very basic with small rooms and no bathtub. Fitness facility onside did not exist. Pool area was tiny and chlorine filled, so much so that my kids were unable to use. Staff was friendly. Good continental breakfast. Should be rated a one star, economy hotel.”

• Cleanliness was excellent, bed was wonderful,
  TV selections good.
• Gravy cold for biscuts.

“Very clean, efficient sized motel. Just off the highway and close to much retail and franchised food, both fast and leisure dining.”

• Quiet, beds were comfortable, air conditioner worked.
• Shower door did not open/close properly.

“Room very small, decor ugly. Had sliding bathroom door which we discovered was needed because you either got trapped in the shower (requiring someone to free you), or could not get the shower door closed. Not somewhere I would choose to stay again.”

• Staff was helpful, room was clean.
• Breakfast was mostly crabs, not good for some of us.

“The beds were firm but comfortable; the pillows were not too hard. The staff helped us with our boxes and suitcases, and gave good directions to places in town. I liked it!”

• Location was great for us.
• No double sinks in the bathroom.

“Enjoyed our stay. Check-in was effortless. Everything seemed clean and fresh, so no complaints. We were pretty much in and out since we were in the area for a family function, but would definitely use this motel again.”

• Convenience of location to family. Breakfast is really good.
• Could be more tables in the breakfast area.

• It was very convenient, very comfortable and clean.
• We had nothing about this hotel that we did not like.

“This hotel is very conveniently located and it has a nice continental breakfast, excellent parking, clean comfortable rooms and an excellent staff. We would recommend this sleep inn hotel to anyone.”

• The cleanliness of the room and the ease of finding it.
• I did not know they had a pool.

“The hotel staff was eager to assist me and my family when we needed anything and even got us into our room thirty minutes before check in. The room and hotel were very nice. It was so much cleaner and newer than I had expected for the price. Great deal for the money!”

• Good moderate clean hotel.
• Breakfast menu was a little on the limited side and did not vary. I have stayed at this sleep inn for 5 nights in the last two weeks.

“I would recommend this hotel to travelers and business people who want a nice clean moderately priced hotel.”

• The room was very clean and attractive.
• I have no complaints about this hotel.

“I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, it was nice and clean. The room was attractive and didn't look like every other hotel room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would most definitely stay here again.”

• The room was comfortable and attractive.
• Maid service was unreliable.

“The sleep inn has nice, clean rooms. The breakfast was adequate, but the dining room was too small for the number of tables they had crowded in. One day we did not receive maid service at all and another day we almost did not because we had not vacated our room early enough. We were told that because we had the do not disturb sign on the door until 10:30, it was assumed that we did not want our room cleaned. When I questioned this, I was advised in all seriousness not to leave the do not disturb sign up past 9:00.”

• New but tiny bathroom with "sliding doorway".

• Included appetizers and drinks from 5-7pm nightly.
• Thin walls, very few rooms had bathtubs.

“Overall I would say this hotel was "OK". I was traveling with two younger children, and had to ask to be moved to a room with a bathtub (they only had a few). I asked five times for a crib over my 3 night stay, and never received one. The walls were VERY thin. Expect to hear every word your neighbor speaks and vice versa. Also, the wifi didn't work at the hotel, and no one made any attempt to figure out why or fix it. On the plus side, there was a free breakfast, a small indoor pool and hot tub, and nightly appetizers, including drinks. I'm not in a hurry to go back, but it would suit the business traveler just fine.”

• Water off first night, internet server sporadic.

“We had stayed here before and were happy with the facility, but this time was a bit frustrating. We did not arrive until about midnight and the water was off from 11 pm until 2 am., so could not shower. We had come to see new grandchild and wanted to email pix, but hotel's server would not allow me to send more than 1 picture at a time. Very frustrating for this new grandma!”

“The map to the hotel is not correct, but the staff was very helpful over the phone. For the most part the hotel was very clean, and comfortable.”

• It was conveniently located and the other travelers seemed to be similar to ourselves--families and senior travelers. NO Noise and rowdiness
• The breakfast area was overcrowded and very dirty. The front desk could directly view the chaos and did not respond to the situation.

“It was an OK, inexpensive stay. No real initiative from the staff to "service" the guest. For those wanting a "super-clean" room, they may want to try elsewhere.”

• The rooms were very small. There was an unpleasant odor in the room. The carpet was stained.
