• They were able to meet our logistic needs.
• Horribly slow WiFi, bathroom was beaten up, ugly.

“Stay here if you're not planning on spending much time at the hotel. Pretty depressing but fits your needs if you just need to crash for the night.”

• Carpet was sticky and reminded me of a movie theater after opening weekend of big show.

“Accessibility to downtown Minneapolis was excellent due to the closeness of the freeway. The room not cleans due to some kind of spilled fluids but everything else was very clean. The whole place was very modern.”

“This is a fine spot to stay if the room you get is clean. We checked in and left right away to attend a Minnesota Gophers game, and came back about midnight to an unmade bed, no pillow cases, etc. and nobody would help us! The next morning when we attempted to discuss the problem, they became combative and wouldn't give us a receipt when we asked for one!”

• The Front Desk person was rude.

“Upon arriving we were rudely told that they were over booked and given the manager's number to call in the morning. She spoke harshly and rudely, and offered no help in finding other accommodations. Only after much arguing did she go look for another room in the hotel, which she did finally find. I never want to stay here again.”

“I didn't feel as though this hotel was accomadating. There wasn't any non-smoking rookms available. I spent two nights in this hotel and housekeeping never attended to my room. When I requested housekeeping I was informed that there wasn't any housekeeping available.”

• The bedding was NOT clean, most of the staff was NOT friendly or helpful.

“I called the hotel a week and a half before we were to arrive and requested 2 non-smoking rooms with 2 queen sized beds in each room. I was told that was no problem and received 2 confirmation numbers from a staff member of the hotel. We arrived to check in at 4pm and one of the rooms they gave us was a smoking room with 1 king sized bed. I brought this to the attention of the person working and she said they were booked full and there was nothing she could do. She did not even attempt to correct the problem (which was a mix up on the hotel's part, not ours!!). I pointed out the 100% satisfaction guarantee posted right there on the wall and again she said she couldn't do anything. She gave us the phone number of the front desk (where she was) and said we could leave a voicemail for the manager. Then, we requested an extra pillow and blanket and roll away bed. We were told there were not any roll aways available and were handed a pillow and unfolded blanket by yet another UNfriendly staff person. We took them back to our room only to find a huge disgusting stain on the blanket. We exchanged the blanket for another unfolded one (that seemed to have no visible stains). Also, one of the beds had a black stain on the sheets. I was not impressed with this hotel in the least and would not recommend it to anyone!!”

“I've stayed at other Comfort Inns and this one seem to be lacking "professionalism". The employee who checked us in and who was working the next morning - seemed to care more about getting her smoke breaks in, rather than taking care of the customers. The night staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was somewhat surprised at the neighborhood the hotel was located in.”

• The location was convenient, easy to find, the breakfast was good and the facilities were clean.
• No problems encountered.

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good for us and it is easy to get on and off the freeway. The room was large and the continental breakfast was very adequate for us. The housekeeping staff apparently also does a good job.”
