• Location.
• Room temperature.

“We checked in July 2008 at 10 pm. There is no elevator, our room was on third floor, and the hallways are not air conditioned. Our room was not air conditioned until I turned it on at 10:00 pm on a hot July night. The room was hot and stuffy. The air conditioner ran all night and the room never cooled off. We slept without sheets (or rather didn't sleep because the room was too hot.) The toilet had stains on the floor around the base. The room did not have an alarm clock. At breakfast we had cold cereal and toast because there were no other options despite being told there would be bagels and pastries. I will never stay at this location again.”

• I cant think of anything that I liked.
• In my kids words - stinky, smoky, dirty sheets with brown marks on them, horrific.

“This hotel was poorly managed, the breakfast in the morning was dirty, the coffee burned, the floor ragged and dirty, the tub in the room was scaled and poorly kept. We are very disappointed in the hotel.”

• Location and price.
• Not very clean or modern. No HBO or Internet.

“This is a hotel of last resort. I was not harmed by it and would stay again if necessary. The linens are coarse and old. The bathroom supplies are very sparse. Housekeeping cannot recognize when the sheets should be changed even when quite visible. Just above sleeping in the car in a rest area.”

• Shower was not good; drain did not work very well.

“I was a bit surprised because the rooms were not that clean. The pictures on the website did not depict what the hotel actually looked like. It was old looking and not updated.”
