• It was ok for families.
• Did not differentiate between smoking and non smoking rooms when booking.

“Booked into a smoking room with 11 year old and his mother. Noticed right away we didn't want smoking room. Clerk tried to remedy situation by spraying room but no luck. Finally booked us into a non smoking room about 30 minutes later. Was not informed that hotel had both smoking and non smoking rooms and no mention made on the website. Otherwise stay was satisfactory, breakfast each morning was hot and tasty. Pool and whirlpool were clean as well as surrounding areas. Good value for money spent. Location was good. On the way to Branson.”
