“Hotel was an older one but had been recently updated. Overall stay was a good one. Breakfast area was a little crowded in morning may need another waffle maker.”

• The room was quiet, the bed comfortable.
• The outside sitting area off the pool was dirty with trash lying around and dirt and leaves piled up.

“OK if you're just looking for a place to sleep, the pool water was too warm but clean enough. Dont get exited about the breakfast, the line to use the one waffle maker took forever, I gave up on it. Not real easy to find right road to get there.”

“When I got there, they messed up at check in. Also if you need coffee in the morning, well not in your room, it was not even really close to anything if your walking or taking a taxi. The shuttle's times are spaced too way apart. Stay here only if there are no hotels left anywhere.”

• The hotel staff was great! Very friendly and exceeded my expectations.
• The bathrooms were disgusting, and the airport shuttle to pick us up did not come promptly when called.

“The hotel staff was phenomenal. Very friendly and exceeded expectations and went out of the way to do so. The bathrooms were disgusting and looked very decrepit. The hotel shuttle wasn't the best service we've received, especially for the road weary traveler but, convenient to the airport.”

• Friendly service, nice people, helpful. Clean pool.
• Not enough shuttles for the mall in the morning (just 10 am and 12 am).

• No elevator services.

• Free airport shuttle.
• The staff was very unfriendly un professional upon asking help from a house keeper she didn't speak English.

“For an establishment listed as a hotel. I would have expected hotel professionalism! This is not the case with this hotel! I work in the travel industry and id say this was the worst travel experience I've had!”

• The room was clean and pleasant, the staff was friendly, and the complimentary shuttle was on time.
• The first night I stayed there I got three prank phone calls from someone inside the hotel (I think).

“Overall I very much enjoyed my stay at Days Inn Bloomington. The staff helped me find my way around the city. The room was much cleaner and nicer than I was expecting for the price I paid.”

• I liked that the pool was open 24 hours. We get to enjoy the pool after a whole day of activities.
• The complimentary breakfast could have been better. We wished it had a Jacuzzi too.

“The stay was decent. The staff was friendly. I didn't expect too much. I do feel I paid a little too much for what I got, but it is a convenient location, and it was easy to find. I liked the 24 hour pool. The microwave and fridge in the room was useful.”
