• Comfy bed, great service, lots of room for the price.
• Not a fan of the adjoining rooms, hubby said TV was too small.

“For the price, this hotel was great! The room was clean and neat, the bathroom was tidy, and the kitchen worked with our needs. I'd definitely stay there again!”

• Liked the full kitchen even though we went out for meals and the free internet, also the exercise room was nice.
• Weird smell at times noted in the room and having only an outside pool and no hot tub.

“Nice place once you get there, close to many attractions. Would probably stay there again. Staff was not so great with directions.”

• It had a kitchenette that was wonderful for a family.
• There was nothing we did not like.

“Very nice, friendly staff, clean room, lots of extras such as fridge, coffee pot, microwave, stove, dishwasher, etc. Also plenty of room and places to sit rather than having to lay on the bed to watch TV.”

• I enjoyed the space of the room and setup. I like the desk area and the extra pull out bed for family.
• The size of TV was small and older model. The fitness room needed more equipment. Think staff should have more info on coming events such as plays.

“The controlled entry point was very reassuring of safety. The outside of the hotel was very home-like and clean. The location had access to the major freeways of the city and restaurants for convenience. IT was very easy to get downtown and to other outlets in the twin cities for entertainment. The room had wonderful space and setup. I like the desk area and the extra pull out bed for family.”

• It was very nice and cozy with a soft bed.
• The pool was outside.

“I thought the staff was very courteous and the room was much nicer than what I was expecting. It was an overall very good experience and if I were in the area again I would definitely stay there again.”

• Very clean, staff very helpful and friendly.
• No ice machine in the townhouse suites, had to go to a different building.

“Very happy with the price, the hotel was very nice for the price. The other building next door (same hotel) was a little nicer and we had to walk over there for ice which was weird, but overall we were very satisfied. Mall of America is about a 15 min. Drive just FYI.”

• Full kitchen with all the appliances. Very comfy bed. Great shower.
• Uncomfortable couch.

• Affordable.
• Boxelder bugs in the room.

“It was a nice and affordable place. There were a ton of boxelder bugs in the room but other than that it was perfect for my situation that evening.”

• Conveniently located next to the interstate and restaurants.
• Split into two separate buildings.

“This hotel offers a convenient location next to the interstate. Five minutes away from the mall and many other attractions. The room was clean and felt very comfortable. The hotel felt very safe with many security doors. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. I defiantly recommend this hotel.”

• Liked the kitchen. Perfect for two people.
• They would not give us a receipt or cost so we are in doubt.

“Very attractive on the outside and inside. Clean. Workers very friendly and cooperative. They make you feel you belong and help you find places with great directions.”

• The cleaning manager was nice.
• The desk clerk Mohamed was very rude and arrogant.

“when we arrived I was not aware of the 20.00 deposited for if you smoke in the room, I did not have enough on my cc, I had to drive all over town to put 20.00 on my cc before I could get a room, even though I had the cash on me, he refuse to take the cash. The hotel clerk was not considerate, this was my 2nd stay at Townplace and the treatment was very unprofessional, I will not visit Townplace again in MN.”

• The full size kitchen. It was great!

“The hotel room rate was very cheap. It had a full size kitchen with dishes and pots/pans. I was very pleased with how clean the room was. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy. I will def be coming back to this hotel for our yearly visit to the Twin Cities.”
