• The staff was friendly.
• Outdated, many things didn't work, and breakfast was ridiculous.

“I normally don't ever write reviews on hotels because up until this point they have always been fine. This gives you an idea of how bad an experience we had. The elevator buttons didn't work. The elevators were way to small to even carry all of our staff and have my wife and child and stroller go up at the same time. The first room they put us in appeared like a dungeon. It was almost as if they redid the janitor's closet into a room. The breakfast in the morning was a joke. They barely had anything there and it wasn't anywhere near time for it to be done. The attached restaurant staff were horrible and not helpful at all. There was clearly space available but we were told that it would be a really long time to seat us. That is exactly what the person said.”

• It was clean and the breakfast was decent.
• Noisy, small rooms.

“Overall, not a bad place. It is basic but clean. The rooms are on the small side and the television was old with questionable picture. The pool was nice and the breakfast exceeded expectations.”

• Comfortable bed. Nice shower.
• The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

“Over all I had a great experience here. The bed was comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water. I few things I noticed, the channel up button on the remote stuck, but it still worked. The free breakfast was not that great. The cereal and drinks were fine. The waffles were not very good. They were out of plates and some of the food items.”

• Location is good.
• Need to update the linens and have better pillows.

“Very good. Very clean. The staff were friendly and courteous. The gym equipment was in good condition. The rooms were attractive. The bathrooms were clean and attractive.”

• I like the fact that they let you travel with your pet.
• The overnight staff was beyond not friendly. She was downright rude.

“The hotel was not bad. It was nice that they allowed us to have our pet at this hotel. That is a nice feature. They need to post the pool and hot tub hours better and knowledge their staff on the hours. The overnight staff lady was beyond rude. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. She is lucky I held my tongue.”

• The continental breakfast was fabulous.
• There was nothing that we didn't like.

“We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was courteous. The room was clean, pool area neat with plenty of towels. Bennigan's restaurant was wonderful. We will definitely go back for our nest trip.”

• The rooms are internet equipped. Also - there were free Choco chip cookies.
• The rooms were very small. breakfast area was a ways away

“I thought the hotel served its purpose. The lady at the front desk was super, super friendly! The staff was also very, very knowledgeable. There was nothing special about the rooms. They seemed very small. But - the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The tub didn't drain well!”

• Location for my needs.
• Certain staff unfriendly. Did not get room cleaned.

“The room was initially clean and sanitary. There were only 2 towels & washcloths for two of us (Im used to at least two each). Our room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay, nor was the towels replaced or coffee supplies replenished. There was only one elevator, and twice I found myself crowded in with housekeeping staff and a bin full of dirty laundry. When checking in, the front desk person was less than friendly, and made me feel like I was a nuisance when I asked for a king bed room instead of the two double bed room I was assigned.”

• We were supposed to have a queen bed and it was a double.

• The bed's mattress was nice. I enjoyed it.
• Waiting for the elevator, as we were on the fourth floor.

“Not too bad. Would not go in the hot tub: saw people shagging in it.”
