• Confusing getting out of lot to Highway.

• Nice 3star hotel, could update furniture-was a bit banged up for star rating.
• No smoking!

“Nice hotel, staff was quick on response for phone and internet not working- maintained was up in 5 minutes. Could update furniture.”

• Very clean, convenient and quiet.
• They need to install fans in the bathrooms, too humid in rooms after shower.

• Spaciousness of room and bathroom, amenities great.
• Restaurant not up to standard of hotel, out of the way location.

“The hotel was beautiful, just somewhat off the beaten track. Seemed to be geared for business travelers. No close by restaurants or shops.”

• Willing to give us a different room when we heard crying kids and barking dogs.
• Nothing.

“Very attentive staff, happy and willing to help us with anything we asked. Great rooms and VERY quiet.”

• Clean, nice amenities, pool, spa and workout room.
• Pool area had no towel hamper or attendant and no garbage can.

• I have stayed at this hotel before and I really do like it. The staff is very friendly.
• My major complaint and why I rated it low in some areas is because of the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable. Both of us woke up with back aches.

“I love this hotel except this time I had a bed that was really bad. Both of our backs were sore in the morning.”

• Pool area was nice - convenient general hotel location.
• Would not pay their rack rate of $169 to stay here - was a decent deal for $45.

“Can't believe they charge $169 for a room at this hotel - nothing special - just an average room, etc. Was a decent hotel for what we paid $45/night?”

• Luxury hotel at affordable price.
• No continental breakfast, everything cost extra - internet, local phone calls, etc.

“Overall, we enjoyed the hotel. We were disappointed that the housekeeping staff left our room unlocked all day while we were out. Luckily, nothing was stolen. The rooms were nice, comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly. When we asked for a luggage cart though, we got the cart and bellman. Of course, that meant we had to tip him when we could have loaded everything ourselves. I guess we're not used to staying at a hotel that fancy!”

• Our room was too small. I had to get a roll away, and there was little room to move around.

• Beautiful, clean, welcoming, good location.
• Room service food. We ordered a pizza. Crust was doughy, undercooked.

“I would love to stay at this hotel anytime. It was gorgeous and I felt very welcome by the staff. Amazingly comfortable beds! Clean rooms, quiet hallways. Perfect!”

• We had a 3 night stay over the 3rd weekend in October. The view from the 16th floor was breathtaking of the fall colors and gorgeous flowers.
• The only shortfall was the size of the vanity in bath area is too small room 1609.

“Fantastic stay! My son in law is with cardinal Ig Corp and this is where their corporate travelers stay when visiting the St. Louis park, MN facility. My little granddaughter came over to swim the morning w checked out and we all enjoyed that too. Will definitely book here again when there is a large family gathering.”

• The housekeeping staff was very nice.
• The front desk staff was very rude and inconsiderate.

“The Marriott itself is a nice hotel; however the lack of respect, responsibility, and friendliness of the front desk employees really takes away from the appeal of the hotel.”

• We really thought the bedding was wonderful!
• We ended up with a room for the handicapped no bathtub.

“Overall, it was a very nice hotel. It was clean and the lobby was elegant. The bedding and bed were so comfortable. We would have liked to have had a bathtub we wanted a king sized bed and the only room that was available that had that, was one for the handicapped.”

• Loved the beds, so comfy. Great location to our event.

• The hotel room was immaculately clean, beds were so comfortable with down comforters, staff was always accommodating, and check-out is 12:00.
• No table or chairs to sit on the balcony.

“Beautiful hotel with a lovely location - easy walk to all the attractions, we even took the city bus from the airport for $6.00 for 2 adults and 2 children and there was a bus stop right across the street from the hotel.”

• Priced high.

“Comfortable bed with excellent pillows, quiet air conditioner made for great sleeping environment. Clean bathroom and sink with cool, tasty drinking water right out of the tap. As long as you can afford it, Marriott Minnetonka is very nice.”
