• The staff, hotel, casino overall.
• Non smokers playing in smoking area and complaining they need to get a life.

“I had a great time a mystic lake casino beyond clean and the entire staff from slots to blackjack were awesome and friendly. One thing I don't understand about these reviews is how people could complain about not winning or smoke. It's a casino! They have a huge non smoking area for non smokers but I noticed that non smokers like to play in the smoking areas they need to get over it or go to the huge non smoking area that mystic lake has put in!”

• Very Clean, Great Staff.
• Robbed me blind in the casino :) but that is no fault of the hotel!

“I love Mystic lake, my brothers are under the age of 21 so it is a great family gambling trip before they are ready for Las Vegas. The steakhouse is amazing inside the hotel as well, great value!!”

• It is in a very neat setting. We enjoyed out stay. Everyone was very nice and friendly.
• We did not have any complaints.

“It is at a beautiful casino. Everything was very convenient. We felt secure there. All the employees were very friendly. The hotel valets were out of the way friendly. Even waitresses were extra friendly at their cafe.”

• A great Health Club came with the package.
• Too, too many people smoking!!

“Rooms were pleasant. Had a great view of the golf course. Good restaurant and excellent Buffet. Needed a refrigerator and microwave in the room.”
