• It was easy to check in.
• Slept in would not give us a late check out.

• Great guy at front desk..

“Very helpful staff. First room we entered was a non smoking room, but someone had smoked in it. The guy moved us immediately to a different room. He gave us great directions to our next destination.
”

• I like that
  it had a kitchen setup.
• The bed was very hard, when you moved the bed felt like it was going to fall.

“I thought the room itself was ok, they needed to vacuum, also the kitchen area had left over food in the cabinets that really needed to be throwed out! Overall, my spouse and I were pleased with the room and would consider staying at this place
again.”

• Quiet, clean, friendly staff and has kitchenette/living area.

“This hotel is located in a quiet part of Maple Grove. Access is not particularly easy. Good restaurants and shopping are within a short driving distance and located near a business area. The hotel is especially good for the longer business stay or even couple just wanting to get away for a bit.”

• Large room with kitchenette.

“Large hotel without restaurants close by. Room was large with kitchenette, however heat was hard to regulate and room was very hot and dry. Staff was kind and helpful.”

• The staff was helpfull with directions and very friendly.
• No pool or hook-ups for video games on TV.

“The room was OK, the tub seemed a little dirty like hadn't been cleaned real well ever. Nothing special except for the kitchen, big fridge. Would like a pool for the kids. Kind of set back off the road, hard to see street sign or hotel. No hotel sign that you can see until you are right by the hotel, which was set back a ways. The front desk staff was excellent.”

• I don`t like this hotel, but the one in kentwood, Michigan is great.

• Location.
• No pool, charged for another bed.

“Very clean and friendly staff, however this should really be a 1 star not 2 star hotel. They charged for internet and charged for a second bed also no pool or hot tub. Other than that, we were completely satisfied! If it were just myself and my wife, this would have been perfect. With kids, I should have gone for a 2.5 star. By the time I added the charge for the additional bed and internet, I would have been at 2.5 stars.”
