• Kids liked pool door, restaurant was good.
• Breakfast was not handled well, not re-stocked enough.

“Average quality and cleanliness. Not enough staff on weekends to keep up properly. e.g. ran out of towels at the pool. Breakfast buffet concept was ok but poorly organized. (ran out of many things before it was attended to), should have a staffer there at all times to keep it running smoothly.”

• Great pool for the kids.
• No microwave or refrigerators in rooms. Poor channel selections on TV.

“Overall, this was a great family hotel. The rooms were not the greatest rooms I have stayed in, but they were comfortable. There were no movie channels to choose from, which was a downer for me, but all the minor flaws were quickly forgotten when I took the kids to the great pool. This pool is great for kids of any age. The hotel is worth checking out just for the pool.”

• Easily accessed to activities we had planned.
• It seemed very dirty and the smell of the restaurant was coming in our window.

“Staff very friendly and efficient, maids did not speak very good English. Overall ok, would probably not stay here again as things are very outdated and small repairs needed.”

• The pool was very family friendly. We really enjoyed the hours that the pool was open.
• The room and hallways could have been a little cleaner.

“We really enjoyed our stay. The pool area with hot tub and kiddy's pool was fantastic. The slides were just right, not too big that the kids couldn't do them on their own. The hotel staff was pleasant, not always very attentive, but it was ok. The hotel was easy to find and as with any hotel convenient parking was difficult to find.”

• Free wireless high speed internet.
• Pool was only open until 11:00 p.m.

“Very nice staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was great. I would definitely use this hotel again.”

• Convenient, easy to find.
• The night manager when we checked in.

“The hotel is clean, has a good dining area, and most of the staff was very helpful. We stay here because it is a good location and have never had any problems.”

• Great Pool area for kids, but spa was out of order and the only part for adults.
• 3-11 shift person wasn't respectful nor helpful. All others were outstanding!

“We enjoyed our stay overall at this hotel and just chalked up the poor front desk service to inexperience or a bad day. Your kids will love this place for sure.”

• The water park/pool area was loved by my 5 and 3 year olds.
• I was not impressed with the continental breakfast.

“The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but one should know that this is a very busy hotel w/ weddings, reunions and lots of children. If you want peace and quiet I definitely do not suggest. But if you have young children and want a fun pool area to play in--it is a definite!!!”

• Lots of great parks in the area!!
• Lots of trash in the parking lot and messy inside, too.

“The front desk clerk wouldn't give us the king size bed which we had reserved until we showed him our internet reservation. (he said king beds were reserved for corporate clients only). The room was adequate but felt old and tatered (they are remodeling, so hopefully our room is next!!). The pool area is fun for kids, fitness room small and poorly equipped. Continental breakfast area was always dirty and not many tasty, or healthy options.”
