• The location and dinning.
• Not informed of the activities in the pool area.

“The location is great for going to the city for shopping or a show. The food there was great and prices reasonable, clean and nice people there.”

• Efficient check in, prepared and good staff for continental Breakfast and clean rooms.
• Nothing comes to mind.

“Convenient location with a great restaurant attached. Hotel is kept clean and neat and the staff is prompt and courteous. I will stay there again and recommend. Price is right too - what's not to like?”

• The location worked for us.
• Poor service, poor facility maintenance.

“I booked this place for my mom and sister. they were moved twice because the air was not working. The air in the final room quit working as well. The staff was not attentive to their needs. A simple request for extra pillows was treated as if it were putting the employee out. I asked my mom if she got the employees name and she had not. I booked this room hoping to utilize the "name your price function". however, I did not do it correctly and ended up booking the hotel at full price -- $90.00 per night. based on the report I received from my mom -- who never complains -- I will never use a comfort inn again.”
