• Clean rooms, great beds, staff friendly & helpful, pet friendly, good breakfast etc.
• Can not think of anything negative to say!

“The family & I vacation there a couple of times a year, and totally enjoy our stay there, I would highly recommend it. They are pet friendly, the staff is friendly and also helpful. They have a nice breakfast, pool hot tub and the list just goes on. The price on the phone is the price when we arrive, no hidden charges! Some of my friends plan to go down and vacation there also, and plan to stay there also.”

• Pillow top mattresses.
• Continental breakfast could have been better.

“What a clean, comfortable room! The bath was clean and the beds were very comfy. The continental breakfast was very basic. Overall, it was an excellent choice. I will definitely use this hotel again.”

• The hotel did not honor my reservation.

“I am sad to say that I did not have a good experience with this hotel. When I arrived at my destination, I was told by the clerk at the hotel that I did not have a reservation. When I arrived at the hotel found that I did indeed have a reservation. However, the hotel refused to honor the reservation. The people at the were not able to assist me in obtaining the room that I had reserved. I attempted to seek assistance from the people who I spoke with in (1) having the hotel comply with the reservation; (2) getting an alternate room at the same price; or (3) Since the room I had reserved was unavailable, and no other rooms were available. I ended up staying in a nearby 1-star or no-star hotel after spending over an hour trying to resolve the situation on the phone. Due to my bad experience, I will not be visiting this hotel when I make future reservations. In addition, I will not stay at a Best Western hotel any time in the future.”
