• Nice pool and hot tub. Close to shopping.
• Ants in bathroom.

“The hotel room was ok. The bed was kind of hard. It didn't seem fair my sister and I both got rooms but checked in at different times. She got free coupons for breakfast we did not. When I asked they said they made a mistake and gave her one. In the morning we had ants in the bathroom. But you know it is getting to be spring. The restaurant was awsome. I would stay here again. Not perfect but worth the value. (ask for softer bed)”

• Friendly staff.
• The pool made it too hot to sit outside your room.

“This hotel was very clean, and the staff was very helpful. I would stay there again if I were in need of a hotel in that area.”

• The staff was very accommodating when we had problems with our room.
• Our room was not cleaned when we went into it and we had to move to another room.

“Everything was great except the fact that the room was not clean that they sent us to. They were very nice about getting us another room right away.”

• Awful.
• Disgusting.

“This hotel was disgusting! We checked in and out within 20 minutes! There were other peoples luggage and clothing in the room that they checked us into...the entire building smelled of mold and mildew...the atmosphere in the hallway was unsafe and scary! I do not recommend that anyone in the right mind ever stay here...especially with children! This place should be closed and demolished!”

• Clean and comfortable.
• No free breakfast.

“This motel has changed it's name to "North" something. It is not Starlight Village!! This caused us a little confusion but we were advised at the desk that the Name had been changed. I would think Best Western Reservations would be aware of that fact.”

• Awesome swimming pool and hot tub area!
• Our outside view was of the hotel wall.

“Was very easy to find, staff was very friendly and courteous. Rate was reasonable. Great family hotel with large swimming pool and hot tub. Had to have only the hot water on in the shower to have a hot shower. Older hotel, but kept up reasonably well.”
