• The staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel was clean.
• The beds were awful like sleeping in a folded pillow.

• Did not keep the continental breakfast well stocked, coffee and donuts ran out.

• The staff was warm and very welcoming both times I have stayed here.
• There is no elevator but there are three floors of rooms. Not very accessible.

“If you are looking for a quick place right next to the airport for the night before or following a flight, this is certainly convenient. The staff was extremely welcoming and warm. However, the parking lot does not have adequate parking spaces (on my return trip there were no spaces available) and most are on a lower level. Arriving at night, I did not feel safe in the parking lot. The lack of an elevator is a problem. This is not a suitable hotel for anyone with mobility challenges and is at best inconvenient for anyone who does not want to drag their luggage up three flights of stairs.”

“The hotel seemed nice as I said it could look better outside but what we saw from the inside it was much nicer. Would stay again on next trip next year. Cont breakfast looked good but left to early to try it.”

“Great location directly across the street from the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Be forewarned, there is no elevator in this three-story building.”

• I am allergic to feather pillows, they had no alternatives, I had to sleep with a lumpy blanket in a pillowcase.

“This hotel appeared to be a run-down motel 6 grade hotel. The furnishings were shabby, wallpaper coming off of the walls, found dirty socks under the bed. To top it off this hotel only uses feather pillows. I am allergic to feather pillows. I had to use a lumpy blanket stuffed into a pillowcase. What kind of hotel does not have synthetic pillows? Staff at this hotel also on what appeared to be their own personal cell phones vs. attending to customers.”

• The room was disgusting. Not clean. No bath towels.

“The hotel was understaffed. I could not get anyone to bring me a bath towel, so I had to dry off with a hand towel. The room was dirty, and I somehow ended up with a bug bite from my room.”

• Some outside noise.

• The front desk staff was helpful.
• The facility appeared somewhat run down.

“The room was good. Had to unplug light and coffee maker in order to access an outlet for the computer. (The brochure states they are business traveler friendly.) A simple breakfast was provided. Easy access from the airport.”

“Rooms were clean. The hotel was old and out of date. The staff had to be asked to maintain the breakfast area, more than once! They were more interested in surfing on the computer and talking than working.”

• The pool/spa had a yellow ring around it, water was murky.

“Will not return to this hotel. Lobby smelled like smoke. Assistant to the receptionist spoke only Spanish, hard to understand. They had stated I booked 2 rooms and I only booked 1. Very big hassle to straighten out.”
