• The pool was nice.
• The lack of friendliness and the housekeeping staff.

“The hotel staff treated us like an inconvenience and the housekeepers knocked on the door twice before 9:30 am which tells me that they want you out of the room by 9:00 or 10:00 to clean. We were taking stuff to our vehicle before we checked out and on one of our last trips to the room the housekeeper was already in the room cleaning. This seemed like kind of a rude gesture to us.”

• The room was really nice and it had a refrigerator & microwave in the room.

“We really enjoyed staying at this hotel because we were meeting family for the weekend. It was nice that the room connected and that we has a refrigerator & microwave in our rooms. The hotel staff were really nice and made the stay fine better.”

• Comfy bed and pillows.
• Desk clerk gave our room number to someone who saw us drive in.

• How we got a good 15 minutes laugh from the outside view. The inside was better.
• The first appearance.

“This hotel gave me a good laugh. When I first pulled in I sat there and laughed for 15 minutes because I didn't know what I was getting myself into. I thought it was going to be horrible. But the inside was nice and the room that I had was nice. There were a lot of places to eat and a mall near by. And even though I didn't have time to use the pool it looked nice. The breakfast was very limited though.”

• The bed was nice to sleep in.
• Did not get the room we booked.

“The hotel was nice itself. The pool was a little small, but the hot tub was great. They didn't have the non-smoking room that we had booked, so they put us in a smoking room. That part really upset us being that my husband is a non-smoker and had to deal with the bad smell in the room.”

• nice pool area
• owner's are not hospitable

“This place has a very nice pool and spa area but the accomodations are not as clean as others I have been to, the staff would not allow us to have more then 3 towels in our room and we were a family of four and when we went to the pool area to swim we were told we could not have towels unless we exchanged our room towels over all this is a place I would not recommend to anyone.”
