• Changed my room when the first room was in poor condition.
• First room did not get internet signal-missed deadline. Cleaning staff did not find my nightgown left when moved-still there when I looked.

“The staff was friendly and helpful when my first room had no good signal for the internet, a no draining bathtub, and a nonworking drain plug. The staff moved my things to a new room while I was at my scheduled activities. I had forgotten to pack my nightgown. When asked if it had been found, I was told it had not. I was offered the chance to check the room myself where I found my gown. The room had been cleaned. When I mentioned that the cleaning staff had overlooked my gown, I was told that the room had not been cleaned. Does not say much for the cleaning staff. The rest of the staff was helpful and friendly.”

• The pool was excellent! So was the hot-tub!
• The hotel was very stingy about their towels, breakfast wasn't that great.

“Overall, very nice stay. The pool was very warm and clean. The hot-tub rocked. The breakfast was good, just not complete.”

• I was able to take a walk in the nearby neighborhood to get some exercise.
• Dark paint in hallway and strong smell of deodorizers.

“It was a safe place for me to stay and close to a restaurant.”

• Comfortable chair in room quiet.
• No hot water for shower.

“Staff were ok. Had breakfast items and coffee that were good. I do not travel often and did not realize the heater was what looked like a normal window air conditioner until I woke up freezing in the middle of the night. I accept that it isn't the motel's fault I did not realize this. In the AM when I was really looking forward to a warm shower not 1 drop of water above freezing temperature was available. When I told the Staff response was that everyone wants a shower in the morning. I think that if a place has X amount of rooms, it should have enough hot water for X amt of customers.”

• Staff very cordial and place was clean.
• Breakfast pretty sparse.

“Kind of different location (although the "up" side is that it was further away from the main road traffic. But getting into traffic at light by main street was difficult. ”
