• Friendly, sincere, immediate attention to our needs and comfort.
• No ice machine.

“From the moment I stepped up to the desk, the staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and eager to help. As soon as we moved our things into the room, a staff member was calling to make sure the room was as we expected and to see if we needed anything further from them. Since we were in Bossier City to attend our grandson's all-star baseball state tournament, we really did not know how long we needed the room beyond the three nights. We were assured that check-out time could be extended if necessary and even the number of nights could be extended.”

• I didn't find anything acceptable about the room.
• The room was absolutely filthy and had a horrible smell.

“At age 46 this was my first vacation and a bad hotel experience. The room was very dirty (dead bugs and hair lying on the kitchen counter, the mattress had multiple stains, the floors and carpets were extremely sticky to the point of having to wear shoes at all times, the linens did not smell fresh, there was no coffee offered for the coffee pot and the room had a horrible stench. We complained immediately and to my knowledge nothing was done to resolve the problem. For a first vacation it was a nightmare of a hotel stay and I will not stay with this company again.”

• To much activity in the parking lot all night.

“It was obvious that a lot of people actually lived there. I even saw some BBQ pits in the walk ways. The bed spread had several stains. Like I said earlier, There was a lot of things going on in the parking lot when we got there at 1-2 a.m.”

• Comfortable, had a kitchenette.
• No regular cleaning and changing of linens.

“Clean and comfortable. Perfect for economical travel. Great for when you are concentrating on spending your money on fun, and not on a luxury hotel.”

“I was extremely unimpressed with the hotel. It no where near reached my expectations. The room was extremely crowded and the bathroom had a shower only no bathtub. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable.”

• It was very clean and neat.
• I was alone, put me on 3rd floor, did not like that at all.

“The hotel itself was pleasant. The only things that I did not like, I was alone and had told the desk person that and I really wanted to be up front, I was in the front, just on the 3rd floor. So I had to come in alone and either climb the 3 fts of stairs or get in the elevator (outside scary for a lone female) and make it to the room. It seemed they had empty rooms on the bottom floor, anyway that was very scary for me. I felt my being alone should have counted for something. The other thing I did not like was the TV. Everything else was pretty good.”

• Bed too small l& hard.

“We came in very late and they had our key ready. When we requested ashtrays at midnight, they were very prompt. The bed was only a full size and was very hard maybe a mattress pad would have helped.”

• The best rooms are really an incredible buy. The room was more than adequate and great for a long stay. The kitchen was great for the stay.

“The restaurants were available nearby as where the supermarkets and shopping centers. Convenience is the key.”

• Surly, lying and unhelpful staff.

“I called the hotel as soon as my reservation had cleared, asking for a non-smoking room. They confirmed it would be available for me. Upon arrival they told me that they had given it out and in fact, had no room available for me. The hotel staff told me that there was nothing that they could to serve me. I later learned from someone who was in town attending the same event I was at, that they had showed up at that hotel (without a reservation) and asked for a non-smoking room and was given one at twice the normal price.”
