• Close to the casinos and they had a shuttle.
• Rooms were rough.

“The hotel was fairly clean, it was a good place to sleep after the casino, wouldn't want to spend much time in the room. The shuttle service was free and very helpful.”

• Cheap rates quick shuttles and courteous staff as well as clean and nice comfortable rooms close to many attractions.
• It was a rundown hotel and rather cheap.

“Staff is great. Hotel is ok, old TV, pool dirty, bed is hard. Bathroom still had a old razor, soap and washcloth in tub.”

• The front desk staff was very friendly.
• The room was not serviced at all during the three days we were there.

“The front desk staff was wonderfully nice, but that's where the positive ends. Our room was not clean. The drapes were falling off the rods, mildew and spider webs were in the corners of the bathroom and in the lobby bathrooms as well. The walls had been damaged and the plaster repairs were messy and had not been repainted. We had to ask two different times for fresh towels as our room was not serviced, even after notifying the front desk that the beds had not been made nor fresh towels left in the room.”

• It smelled, the ceiling was about to fall down, couldn't shut the bath door without lifting toilet seat first, no water pressure, blanket stunk.

“The weekend was supposed to be a rekindling time for my husband and I, it was ruined because of this hotel room.”

• The front desk people were very friendly.

• Absolutely nothing!
• Had to change rooms three times, no electricity, dirty, A/C broke, TV was from the 50's.

“Terrible, dump, nasty, filth. Had to change rooms three separate times due to problems! First they booked me with a Queen. Ordered a double. Second room curtains were broke and no lights worked. Third room was disgusting and same thing. None of the rooms had Irons or Ironing boards, which I was depending on. The TV's were seriously from the 1960's. Horrible, room! I ended up staying at a friends due to room being so bad!”

“The room was terrible, no decorations, no trashcan, or home amenities. The towels were thin. The toilet was not bolted down and kept rocking. The A/C was loud and poorly cooled the room. No coffee maker or hair dryer.”

• Room we ended up in was freshly painted so was fairly clean.
• Where they put us first was scary area, room was hot and not clean feeling.

“Ended up not being too bad because we got put into a room that redone so was clean, desk people were nice but was only one and night and when maid failed to leave clean linens could not have any brought to room because no one to bring them, so had to dress to got get them, probably would stay there again if could get room we ended up with.”

“Dirty, filthy, incompetent employees that did not care those things were dirty and filthy. However, there was nowhere else to go @ that price (which was extremely too high for the quality of the place) in a town where we don't know where to go. Thanks for nothing.”

• The room seemed kind of old and the heater or A/C in the room didn't work.

“The staff was very helpful on getting me checked in earlier than the original check in time because I was very tired. I also must say the staff was very knowledgeable about the different eating places around the area.”

• The front desk agent was great.
• Old outdated, needs upgrades.

“Hotel needs upgrades ASAP. The front desk was great after a long ride from Atlanta; she was able to let me check in early. It was really great of her to work that out for me. That is the only reason I liked the hotel. Otherwise I would have went over to the casino's and got a room.”

• Near Casino.
• Staff did not even look up when came in, place falling apart!

“When entered lobby both times, employees preoccupied, did not speak until finished what ever they were doing. Room was scary, ceiling paint falling, dresser torn up, door would not shut good, noise from freeway kept you up all night, Would not even shower scared would catch something! I would think they get a lot of business being right in front of a casino and they would fix up and hire good help so people would want to return. We wanted an economy room for short trip and got a dump! Will never stay here again!”

• It was awful, this was my birthday, & I will never book a hotel there again. I had to drive back home the same night, it was not good.

“The room was not clean, there were 8 big holes in the bedspread, holes in the ceiling in the bathroom, the tub with a home made shower was nasty, the safe didn't work, there were no towels in the room, it was a 1 -inch hole under the door that led to the outside, the vent on the AC/heater was nasty, dusty, the dresser draws were broken off, a 2x6 was nailed at the bottom of the dresser. Do not send anyone to this hotel it is bad.”
