• Musty and dark and the food was not good.

• Historic and unique the basin is the best location in eureka.
• No complimentary coffee or breakfast, tacked on plumbing.

“Smack dab in the middle of everything, this hotel oozes history. Typical of other historic hotels there are somewhat small bathrooms (since they were added some years later) along with other charm such as creaky wood floors. However, for those that enjoy history this hotel is a blast. As others have noted there is no complimentary breakfast or coffee, however the free wifi worked great for me. Those that enjoy historic hotels will not be disappointed with this unique hotel where all of the 6 floors open onto the ground.”

• The location was great because we could valet park our car for $10 and walk everywhere we wanted to go.
• Need some updating for such an old hotel. Also breakfast wasn't included and wasn't cheap and wasn't good. No coffee in the room.

“It worked for what we needed on this trip. I would stay there again but now I know what to expect.”

• The great location to everywhere.
• Parking down the hill.

“It was a great place to stay. A great location for any place you wanted to be at in Eureka Springs. The room was large and modestly furnished. If you enjoy the unique, comfortable yet historic its a great place to be.”
