• Offered everything and so much more. We were very impressed.
• Food at the restaurant was wonderful but the service was not good.

“Room was beautiful, comfortable, clean. Grounds were beautiful. Lots of fun for kids and adults. You could spend the day playing mini golf, games, swimming at the gorgeous pool and have as much fun as going to area attractions. We will definitely stay here again. Well worth the price.”

• Activities to do play pool, and mini golf, air hockey, etc.
• Beds were hard (made my back sore) restaurant service was bad.

“I wouldn't stay their again because the beds were hard woke up with a sore back. The restaurant service was bad, my wife's food she it sent back wasn't what she ordered. The waitress was rude and wouldn't refill my drink or my wife's coffee cup either! The price was ok, but would pay more to stay at a hotel with a comfortable bed such as a holiday inn!”

• Staff was friendly and accommodating.
• I would have used the laundry facilities if the washing machine had worked.

“It is clean, well lighted and well located for easy access to attractions in eureka springs. As a single traveler, I felt comfortable and safe.”

• The amenities for the family (kids).
• The construction work outside our room at 7 a.m.

“The food was good and the pool was beautiful. the air conditioning in the room did not work well and the construction work on the stairwell outside our room at 7 am was not real pleasing.”
