• Staff very friendly and always willing to help with anything you need.
• The wallpaper was peeling back above the air conditioner and looked like it had mold on it.

“We've stayed at this hotel several times in the past 5 years and have always had a very pleasant experience. The breakfast is wonderful, the pool area has lots of room, and the staff is excellent. When traveling to Des Moines this is the only place we stay. Thumbs up!”

• No elevator.
