• The low nightly price.
• Extra charge for internet access.

“This hotel just a couple streets off the interstate. Room was clean and it is nice having a fridge, stove, microwave, sink and dishes in the room. Extra thanks to the night watchman for letting us check in very late in the night due to our late arrival.”

• Having a fridge, microwave and stove in the room.
• High speed internet connection seemed slow.

“The hotel was relatively easy to find. It is located very close to I80/I35 so you could hear the highway traffic from the room facing the highway. Room was clean. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, stove and sink.”

• It was clean.
• Very noisy early in the morning.

“My husband and I were traveling with our two children but they put us in a room with only one bed and had no rollouts available. We had to pay extra to upgrade to a room with 2 beds.”

• Nothing - the poor location & the smoking room diminished anything positive.
• Location, traffic congestion, & being given a smoking room.

“The remote location is poor, the ease of getting there is worse and giving a nonsmoker a smoking room full of smoking odors.”

• The kitchenette was very nice.
• There was a musty odor that was very overwhelming for the first few minutes.

“For the price, this hotel was more then met my expectations. The room was spacious, the kitchenette well supplied and the staff was very friendly. It was nice, but not that nice.”

• The front desk staff was friendly and attentive.
• We received two double beds and would have preferred a Queen.

“The hotel was clean and centrally located. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was clean. The refrigerator, full kitchen sink and microwave were nice perks. I would definitely recommend this hotel to casual and business travelers.”

• Bed too hard.

“This hotel served our purposes perfectly. We just needed somewhere to crash when we weren't at our training. They had a friendly front desk staff to boot.”

• Helpful, accommodating staff.
• Non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

“Staff was very helpful to find a different room for us when the first one smelled like smoke. They also upgraded our room to accommodate 4 people. Yea! They helped us with directions around the city. Beds were pretty hard. The TV. remote didn't work. There was dog 'do' in the yard that needed to be picked up.”
