• Location is great for travelers.
• The staff was unprofessional, culturally not sensitive.

• Liked the location.
• The whole stay was negative was nothing good about any of it.

“This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in and would never come back. The room was very dingy, the ac didn't work, TV didn't work, the staff you couldn't understand, and I got bitten by some kind of bug in the night that made me very sick. My arm was swollen for 4 days and I couldn't use it. I had to put ice on it to be able to function each day. Have no idea what bit me in the night but do know they need to fumigate the place and clean it up. I would never even recommend this place to my worst enemy. I don't know who handles the Days inn reputation but they should look into this place and try to get something done about the motel.”

• Location.
• Smelly, lock falling off door, yellow tub, dirty sheets, rude staff.

“This was an absolute rat's nest! Dirty, smelly, and room falling apart - avoid at all sots! Nicer hotels across the street.”

• Location.
• Lock was falling off door - holes in walls, dirty bathroom, dirty sheets, foul smell in room, staff seemed indifferent to my problems.

“Spare yourself some agony and go across the street to one of Monticello¿s nicer hotels. After passing through and needing a place to stay, I made the wrong choice a stayed here. The room was in shamble, smelly and dirty and the staff was the worst I have ever seen! .”

• Location - but there are nicer across the street!
• It was horrible! Dirty; even disgusting - room falling apart, and rude staff.

“It was absolutely the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in with him most incompetent and rude staff in existence (actually didn't know an experience could be so bad!) The room was falling apart and smelled of urine and mold - actually awoke with swollen eyes - have no idea what was in there. I wore my shoes in the bathroom and laid my own clothing on the bed to sleep - I travel a ton and have never seen or been given such a horrible customer service experience - honestly wouldn't recommended to someone I despised! There are a few nice hotels right across the street, found out too late!”
