• The price is about it.
• Overall building is out dated, poorly maintained mechanically and cosmetically.

“If you need a cheap place to stay and need no further amenities, this is a good place to stay.”

• The bed was comfortable.
• The room was cold, No hot water after 10am on a Saturday morning.

“Carpet in hallway was new, cleanliness was okay but the room electric heat was not heating. The water was hot when I first woke up but when I showered at 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning it was ice cold.”
