“Although the hotel was pretty, we were given a room with a king bed which did not accommodate my family. I had called the hotel to be sure we had 2 queens and was told we did plus a roll away. The staff was polite but said they couldn't do anything about it. We did not sleep comfortably and were in town for a funeral.”

“If you like a great hotel then hyou have found it the room the whole stay was so good I have told friends about it, they say if its good enough for me its should be a great place to stop. Thanks for a nice stay.”

“The hotel was close to restaurants and was clean. The hotel staff seemed irritated with guest. I needed a room with two beds and was told that there wasn't a double available. I ended up purchasing another room and going over my budget. I could have reserved a room in the nicest hotel in Beaumont or in a nearby casino for what this trip ended up costing me.”

“I had booked 2 rooms in the hotel (one for my wife and me, one for my daughter). One was on the 8th floor, the other on the 1st. The only room they said that was available was a smoking room - they said there were no other ones available. The room smelled heavily of stale cigarettes. We asked them to spray the room - which they did, but the smell simply permeated everything made of fabric. One of the elevators didn't work, and it didn't appear as if getting it fixed was a priority. This is an okay hotel, but certainly not worthy of the 3-star rating on Priceline.”

“It appears the hotel was used for a crew of out of town workers. They were having a party in the pool area and it was very uncomfortable for me so I didn't get an opportunity to use the pool/spa.”

“Room was clean and well appointed. Room service and housekeeping were slow to answer or I had to leave a message. Room service breakfast closed at 11:00 and they were not willing to cook me some breakfast at 11:05. The room service food was quite good, though.”
