• Front Desk staff.
• Bed bugs!

“I awoke the first night and found bed bugs. I was promptly moved to another room. When I attempted to get compensation the management would only speak to me briefly one time, on the phone. He (Harry Gill) asked me for a written statement guaranteeing that I would not report the incident to Super 8. In addition, the phone did not work even after being reported; and the toilet was overflowing but not fixed until 12 hours after being reported.”

• Clean overall.
• Bed stand light couldn't be plugged in. Had to ask for hairdryer and go and get it.

“For the value and location it was fine. I would stay there again.”
