• Easy to find.
• Roaches in bathroom, close to bad neighborhood.

“The overall appearance of this hotel was good. The vending machines didn’t work on all floors. There were roaches in the bathrooms. The day we arrived, another person I was traveling with cut her foot on broken glass in the room. This person also needs a fridge to keep her insulin in. We were told the day we arrived, they would get us a fridge. The next evening the hotel staff finally found one.”

• The bed was comfortable.
• The staff was very unfriendly.

“This hotel is undergoing construction after the hurricane but it is not the construction that affects my opinion. The staff is very unhelpful and rude. You cannot check in until after 3pm. The room smelt and felt dirty, the bathroom was not clean enough for me to give my daughter a bath.”

• I love comfort of the bed and how well it was made.
• The construction work inside hotel.

“After the construction/upgrade inside the hotel is complete, this will be well worth the stay. I'm very pleased with the rooms. EXCELLENT!”

• Smelled cigarette smoke in the hallways

“Hard to recommend this hotel for anything other than a quick stop along I-10. There are better hotels in nicer areas for about the same rate in Beaumont TX.”
