• Very convenient and easy to find.
• Regardless of how much we adjusted the A/C we had hot flashes between the cool cycles.

“The room itself was just comfortable and clean. The A/C left something to be desire red.”

• Good access to freeway. Friendly staff.
• Major construction throughout.

“I'm sure that when construction is completed, this will be a clean, comfortable, convenient place for the weekend or business traveler. Hard to say right now but I do admire them for trying to keep business going while in a MESS. Was adequate for my needs at the time. A quick visit to local family.”

• I didn't like anything about this hotel.
• It was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

“This hotel was a total disappointment. That's not what I found at all. It was a horrible disaster. The property is sorely in need of upgrading. The dirty, dank conditions of the hallways gave my first negative impression. The room itself had an awful odor, the furniture and fabrics were filthy, and the mattress was old and worn out. The smoke alarm malfunctioned in the middle of the night, and the hotel staff had no idea how to handle the situation. For the same money I spent ($71.12), I could have had a much nicer room at another newer hotel. I'm sure this is a franchise, and I would highly recommend that your company make an unannounced inspection of the property. I think you would be very unpleasantly surprised at the results.”

• Swimming Pool was great.

• The room looked okay.
• The side entrance doors never locked for security and safety reasons. Front desk worker was on her cell phone the whole time I checked in.

“I think that the hotel needs some improvement on professionalism, security. The place was not what appeared to be on the advertisement.”

• Staff and lobby were very nice.
• Bathrooms were not as clean as they could be and pool was closed the entire second day we were there.

“Overall the hotel was marginally acceptable mostly due to the fact we discovered four brown recluse spiders in our room in a span of two days. We informed the staff who were nice about it. The hotel MUST exterminate to protect their customers and their reputation! Also the bathrooms were not as clean as they should be, the hall carpeting was filthy and the pool was closed for sealing around the concrete edge the entire second day we were there.”
