• It was right off the freeway and easy to access.
• The room was not very clean or comfortable, the amenities were not nice.

“Minus the easy access, overall I did not feel comfortable or safe at this hotel. The room smelled of stale smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. The bathroom was small and the construction was poor. The hotel was located adjacent to a truck stop and the trucks were in our lot as well.”

• You rated it a 2 star and it was not even a 1 star. Roaches everywhere. No showerhead. Dirty.

“This particular hotel was a disaster and I ended up eating the cost and finding a different place to stay. That makes for an unhappy customer.”

• The location was good and the front desk staff was friendly.
• Didn't feel really clean and I killed a cockroach in the morning.

“Probably for its age, location, and the kind of year they have had the Ramada Inn was adequate. I felt safe.”
