• Continental breakfast, refrigerator & microwave.
• It wasn't clean, there were NO amenities, bathroom was horrible, room wasn't clean, no pool or hot tub.

“Dark location, out of the way, there was nothing nice about the hotel.”

• The televisions are convienently mounted on the wall, allowing for more counter space.
• There were hairs on the floor of the shower from previous guests.

“I found the staff to be friendly and helpful when trying to find the location. I didn't like the arrangment of the toliet and shower so close together. There is no fan in the bathroom to help with venting and towel are coarse, scratchy, and stained.”

• Good price, very clean.
• Very hard to see the entrance from the street.

“Large Travel Lodge sign does not light up at dark. I missed the entrance twice trying to find my way back after meetings. Room and bed were comfortable, except that the bed is too short! Twin extra long beds would be much better than regular full size beds. Clean, fairly quiet room. Good price.”

• Old and dark. Small Room, No bathtub.

“My first thought when arrived was, am I the only person staying here. It ended up being fine but doubting I would stay there again. Room was very small.”

• Close to freeway and ST. Cloud State University.
• I requested two double beds.

“The staff was friendly but would not accommodate the request for two double beds without doubling the cost per night. I slept on the floor since I was on a travel budget for the week.”

• Convenient and cheap place to sleep, perfect for those passing through town!
• Small rooms and narrow hallways.

“This hotel is a great economy hotel. I was passing through town and needed a place to sleep for the night; it served my purpose. No complaints from me.”

• Older, but a nice size room.
• Drawers on dresser kept coming out and falling.

“This is my second time to stay here. It is older, but the nice size, quite, refrigerator and flat screen make it a nice.”

• Common seating area very comfortable.
• By 9:30 a.m., continental breakfast mostly gone.

“Comfortable stay. Atmosphere is nice. Basic room. We saw no staff in the lobby or in the continental breakfast area in the morning, 9 - 9:30 a.m. Breakfast area needed more attention.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• Tried to charge me extra because the full size bedroom they offered was not adequate for two people.

“This hotel was very unacceptable. The room we were given was a full size bed and would not accommodate my husband and I. We were given another room with two queen beds but then in the morning when checking out, they wanted to charge us extra. I asked to speak with the manager who was not in and could not be reached by phone. I asked to have the manager call me back. Never did. I'm waiting to make sure they didn't charge me for this room. Hotel was clean but needs major work done. Bathrooms falling apart. Two different bedspreads on the two beds in room.”

• The lady working the desk really did a wonderful job helping us get into a larger room.
• No microwave or fridge in room.

“Very nice hotel with wonderful employees that will go out of their way to help you and make sure that you have a nice stay.”

• Flat screen TV and clean cozy room with character.
• Rooms rather small.

“Overall it was a good stay. Clean and comfortable at a very reasonable price. The hotel is older but well kept and has a lot of character. I loved the flat panel television. The location was not the easiest to find.”

• Cannot think of one thing to say that was remotely positive.
• So many things wrong cannot pick only one.

“This space was obviously an office building in another life. From the outside to the tiny rooms with paper thin walls and shabby furnishings I felt like I was in a bad horror movie. Had I not already paid for the room I would have left. The few other "guests" using this hotel were unsavory as well. I could hear "breathing" in the next room all night!”

• No heat in the hallway, continental breakfast that was not a good selection and the staff did not keep it stocked.

“This hotel was a good price and location for us at this time, however, the hallways in our wing had no heat and it was about 6 degrees outside. The wall heat unit came on every 52 seconds and ran loudly for about 2 minutes and I was not trying to keep the room over 65 degrees.”

• Front desk guy was nice.
• No alarm clock in the room, room was freezing.

“Really a bare bones kind of place. There was no alarm clock in the room so I had to ask for a wakeup call, which they seemed surprised by. The bed was so hard; I couldnt sleep well, so I was up an hour before my wakeup call, which came a half hour late anyway. I have stayed at Hyatts and doubletrees for the price I paid for this room. Definitely avoid this place if possible.”

• Assistant Manager was very helpful in straighten out the mess done at check in.
• Check-in person messed up our payment information royally.

“When my daughter-in-law and I checked in, we were given a tiny room with one double bed. I had specified two beds in the reservation. It took over one hour to get a room with a bed and pull out couch for us. The person checking us in messed up the charge information and that took another hour the next morning for the Asst. Manager to straighten out. Extremely bad experience.”
