• Recent remodel was very nice.

“I was traveling with a group and the hotel proved to be a comfortable stay. The staff was more than nice and, upon arriving a bit early, we were able to check into our rooms anyway. The hotel was very clean and modern. I will be traveling to the area again in the future and will definitely stay here again.”

• The decor is startling and fresh; the beds are wonderful, and the location is perfect.
• It is next to a Denny's Diner which I detest; I like the regular Denny's though.

“When you enter your room, you are startled by the colors, the flooring, the choice of art work, and the choice of colorful bedding. These rooms should be featured in a design magazine. The staff was helpful and friendly; their breakfasts have a wide variety of foods. We would have stayed two or three more days if we had had the time. A friend of ours always stays in a La Quintal and now we understand why. The pillows are goose down which is fine for me but my wife is allergic to them. But this is one of those problems of abundance not paucity!”

• Great pool- very modern décor, lots of perks.
• Sub-par housekeeping service.

“The hotel is in a great location, has a wonderful pool and spa, solid free breakfast, free internet, lots of cable TV on flat screened TVs and the entire place has been remodeled to a modern decor. However, the housekeeping service is a bit sub-par, as I spilled some dry oatmeal in my room my first day there and it remained there beyond my stay!”

• It was ok.
• Problems with keys, phone. Pool area was too hot (glassed in).

“The room was pretty small (and we even upgraded to get a smoking room when we checked in). Frig wasn't cold enough. The phone didn't work and did not get fixed during our stay. The keys only worked occasionally. The pool room was too hot.”

• Nothing.

“This hotel was perfect for an inexpensive stay. The rooms were very nice and clean. The continental breakfast was great. They even had hot waffles.”

• I was in the area for a wedding, and appreciated the noon check out time.
• That the towels were on the toilet, that there was nothing else in the bathroom.

“The front desk person was really nice; breakfast was nothing to write home about, but the late check out was excellent.”

• I was traveling alone so I was glad it had interior hallways.
• Some things were a bit dingy looking, but I don't know if the updates were completed yet or not.

“For a 2.5 star hotel, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The room was very small and could have used a very good cleaning. The air conditioner was laboring when we got there. My wife cleaned the filter and that helped a lot. Since both of us are diabetics, we used the refrigerator. It just wouldn't close because of the ice built up around the door. We defrosted it. That helped a lot, too. The inside of the microwave was very, very dirty. We didn't use it.”

“This hotel is in a not-so-good part of NW Arkansas. The staff is friendly but the rooms are small and the quality of fixtures is par with a 1 star hotel. Compared with other 2 star hotels in Bentonville, this was not at parity. They are in the process of redecorating but as the adage goes - you can put lipstick on a pig, but you still have a pig.”

• Elevator did not work and I was on the 4th floor. Fire alarm went off several times in the night.

“This hotel was not at the star level I selected. It should have been a 1-star. I saw the other 2 & 2 1/2 star hotels in the area and they were a lot better than this. The elevator didn't work and the pool and hot-tub was closed down. Not relaxing at all.”
