• Very clean and nice staff.
• Pool was too small.

• Nothing.
• Uhhh. Roaches, no hot tub, no hair dryer. Loud.

“Its a couple of jets in a cold swimming pool. Hot breakfast was jimmy dean sausage biscuits. No remote for TV. No ice. Ice machine was broken. Hair dryer was broken. They gave me a key to another room to go and dry my hair. There are roaches all over the bathroom floor. Need I say anything else?”

• Location was perfect; great walking distance to all major attractions.
• Phone did not work and we only had one bath towel and had to walk to lobby to get another since phone did not work.

“The Millennium NYC is located in an amazing location for NYC. The area is safe and it is within walking distance of all major attractions and the subway at Grand Central Station. The rooms are very large by NYC standards but the a/c in the public areas is too high and we were a bit chilled. The rooms are very clean and I would recommend this property. Any problem we had was quickly rectified. The concierge desk is a good source for local site seeing recommendations.”
