• It had a large refrigerator and cook top.
• Staff was not always readily available.

“Extended stay is great for a business traveler. For a leisure traveler, it was good since it had a large refrigerator, microwave and cook top. We have special dietary needs, so it was nice to be able to prepare some of our meals in the room.”

• I liked the kitchen so I could prepare meals there.
• Not a big lobby area.

• The room was large enough.
• Did not provide hair dryer, shampoo in room. You had to ask for it.

“This would not be a good place for a business traveler. No hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner in the room. This was a room with a kitchen and it did not have dish wash soap. Again you had to ask the front desk for it. The hotel did not plan on cleaning the room but once a week unless you pay extra.”

• Room was excellent; staff was friendly, courteous, and personable. I had a great stay and they made it fun.
• Nothing.

“My stay couldn't have better. The staff was fun, helpful, and made the 3 day visit very "homey." if every hotel and staff were this nice, Id enjoy traveling on the PGA tour a lot more.”

• The convenience of a kitchenette was awesome.
• The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the carpet was stained.

“Located directly off the interstate made for convenient travel to and from the hotel. Definitely designed more for the business traveler or construction crew industry. Would not consider bringing my family to this hotel.”

• Good for someone who wants the feel of home while you're away on a trip
• The side stairway and entryway were smoky and the floor needed sweeping

• The price.
• The 20 chest hairs found on the bottom sheet, they had not been changed!

“Initially the hotel staff was not dressed appropriately and was not very attentive; however, I was pleased with the room initially. Then I came back to the room and pulled back the covers to find an unclean sheet with multiple chest hairs on it, it was gross! I've written the hotel and am awaiting for a reply.”

• All the extras in the room.
• The cleaning crew walking in on me at 10:00 am before check out. they did not even knock.

“I stay at a lot of ESA in AR and TN and they are like a small apartment. They have all I need in every room.”

• It was only a queen bed.

• Friendly staff, great price.
• Room not as clean as it should have been.

“This is a very friendly place to stay. Front desk helpful, but we were told to keep it down after laughing at something on television at 9:30pm on a Friday night. The toilet was filthy-for some unknown reason, some of our towels were missing, also. Front desk would not give us extra pillows, which was annoying, considering the pillows were so thin. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone other than a very cheap business traveler.”

• The suite set-up was nice and it was clean.
• The lobby was small and it didn't have any extra amenities.

“This was good for what I needed (just someplace to sleep while I was moving out of my home), but it did not seem family friendly. Also, while it seemed like the front door was supposed to be locked during after-business hours, it was left wide open throughout the night.”

• The general location of the hotel was convenient.
• My room was not serviced during my two night stay.

“The room had a bad smoky smell, dirty/burnt dishes and a stench throughout the hotel. My room wasn't cleaned and was not provided any clean towels. My phone was broken in my room. I had to walk to service desk when I asked about the room not being cleaned they said they do it once a week. I said I'm leaving tomorrow (which was Sunday). I will never stay there any other place associated with them again. Thanks for your time.”

• The staff was friendly.
• The hotel was not vacuumed, not clean.

“When we checked in, there was a cigarette butt lying in the hallway outside our room. There were maids working on that hallway at the time. When we checked out the next day, that cigarette butt was still lying there in the hallway. The elevators were filthy. They appeared not to have been vacuumed for a week, the hallways were not much better. The room was not stocked with shampoo or dish washing detergent for the kitchenette. I had to go to the front desk and ask for that. I also do not care for hotels where there isn't a front desk person there from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.”

• Needed a late check out and the manager approved it right away no questions ask was so friendly.
• No hair dryer.

“The hotel was a great location easy to find. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was very clean.”
