• I liked checking out the next morning.
• I dont know Spanish.

“This hotel is great as long as you can speak Spanish. I swore that when I arrived, I thought my manager had set me up in Mexico city, not Bentonville, are.”

“I cant believe the reviews for this hotel! I personally stay here at this hotel every time I'm in the country on business. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. Considering the rate they offer, compared to the other hotels, what more could you ask for!! The manager especially was very helpful in locating a package for me, and went above and beyond the call of duty. ”

• I did not like the hotel; I thought it would be better.
• It was not what I expected.

“When I made my reservations, I thought that the hotel was a 2 or 2.5 stars hotel. When I got there, it looked like a no star hotel to me.”

• Friendly staff.
• Construction next door started early in the am; got woke up early by a frantic wife.

“The hotel was fine, except for the construction going on next door. We also got woke up early one morning by a frantic wife searching for her husband.”

• Poorly lit common spaces, stairway smelled badly.

• The location was ok.
• The room was dirty. There was hair in the tub. Yuck!

“I wouldn¿t recommend this hotel. It was dirty there was hair in the tub and they didn¿t use fitted sheets on the beds. It was so loud it was hard to sleep. Also the beds were very uncomfortable.”
