• The floor squeaks (but it did not bother me).

“Nice hotel for travelers doing business, short stay. There is no swimming pool, which I did not need anyway. Good quality for price and great location for freeway access and central location in Fayetteville.”

• The people were very attentive to me and my family. They made special arrangements to suit our needs.

“We had an awesome stay. The staff was very nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel was close and convenient to a lot of stores and restaurants. The only thing that we did not like was it did not have a pool.”

• Reasonably inexpensive and very conveniently located.
• Very small rooms.

“The room was really small for two queen beds, but the beds and pillows were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast room off of the lobby is also the snack room and opens all night for getting ice or drinks and snacks.”

• I requested a non-smoking room. I got a smoking room.

“The staff was friendly and the location was excellent for our needs. I did have a sick headache from all of the smoke in the room. Again, I had requested a non-smoking room.”

• That the visit is over.
• Non draining bathtub after notification was not fixed for second night.

“Paid in advance for 3 nights. 1st night: bedspread needed changing; tub did not drain. Informed front desk 2nd morning. Slight "attitude" from evening desk clerk on second night. 2nd night bedspread had been changed, tub still did not drain. Checked out after second night. Requested refund for 3rd night. No response to date.”

• The attendant voluntarily removed the fee for our in room safe without having to be asked.
• I hate being charged extra because the room has a safe in it. Ridiculous!

“Minimally functional. Located in congested interstate junction good for quick on/off though. Relatively close to university and college strip area. Room was dirty, stains on mattress, scuffs and dirt on walls. Breakfast was free but there were only a few of each item offered with no apparent attempt made to replace them. I would stay somewhere else next time. There were about ten other motels at this spot.”
