• Had a recliner in the room.
• No computer for customer use in lobby.

“Good location off of highway, but difficult to see, was given poor directions, and necessary turn was impossible necessitating a u turn. Better than usual breakfast with fresh fruit.”

• Convenient to major highways, great eating choices within walking distance.
• Room reeked of smoke, and staff would not allow a change.

“Other than it was a room that reeked of smoke and I could not get a room change (the motel was not full crowded but not full) the motel was very good. The poor ratings were all based on the fact is a smoking room, and there was no attempt at accommodating a change by the staff.”

• Good location.
• Had nothing but problems with the hotel and staff since we checked in.

“The experience we had at your hotel over the weekend would be categorized as the worst experience that we have had in a long time. When I arrived at the hotel with my family I had to stand at the front counter while the clerk and a maid argued for about 15 minutes about someone that didn't show up for work and how they had to clean their rooms. As the maid left the building, she dropped something and yelled abuses! My kids were sitting on the bench right next to her. After getting our key, upon entering the door, we realized that she gave us the keys to someone else's room. They were not in the room, yet we basically had access to all of their belongings, which troubled us greatly as the same mistake could have been made for us. After getting that corrected, the room that we got had pills and safety pins lying on the floor of the room, fortunately we found these before the kids did. Lastly, we were unable to connect to the wireless network, the staff refused to attempt any troubleshooting with the network, even as simple as resetting the equipment. At the end of the day, we were left with only a bad experience to share with our family, friends, and work colleagues. I travel to St. Cloud fairly frequently, however, my confidence in Ramada has suffered greatly and I will probably think twice before I stay another night in any of your hotel chains.”

• Does not seem clean.

“The hotel is ok. There is something about this hotel that does not seem clean The front office staff just always seem u are taking them away from there job when I checked in. The rooms are big and the shower has a massage sprayer.”

• It was the nicest hotel we have stayed in for a long time.
• Newer equipment or better equipment in fitness center.

“Great place to stay - close to everything. Nice staff, great continental breakfast, and excellent accommodations. The only thing that could be better is the machines in the fitness center.”

• Nice showers.
• Overall quality of hotel was awful. Not a good experience.

“The staff there was very rude and disrespectful to me and my family. I had many complaints that were filed and they never returned my phone calls. I finally contacted the corporate Ramada and they handled the situation. With all of the nice hotels in sty. Cloud, there is no shortage of hotel rooms available, with a staff that is kind and respectful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• The pool was very nice and warm, a little small but very well kept.
• There is no sound proofing at all, we could hear everything in the next room until after 3:00am not a good thing when we had to get up early!

“The hotel was in a nice location. The beds were too close to the floor and we heard the next room people all night long. My daughter had an early morning doctor appointment and we were kept up all night long. The pool though, was very nice and warm and well kept.”

• The hotel room was nice and large and very clean. Waffle for breakfast was good.
• I chose the Ramada over the cheaper super 8 across the street so my daughter could use the exercise room one of the exercise machines was broken.
