• The people at the front desk were very good.
• I had a problem with the room and they didn't even try to solve the problems.

• Conveniently located to where I needed to go.
• I don't think there should be a cost for a complimentary breakfast, the beds are too hard and pillows too soft, need additional sink

• Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating
• Carpet in my room nor very well vacuumed; found several fingernail clippings around the room from a prior guest

“I liked the Hilton Garden Inn and would stay there again. Easy to get to from I-70. Rooms were nice with fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Enjoyed the pool & hot tub.”

• The location was centrally located to all we needed.
• nothing!

“We found the hotel to exceed our expectations - just as we have found in the past. The star rating system is quite effective and was an accurate reflection of this hotel's quality. Great!”
