• Found long hair in the bathroom upon arrival.

“Staff efficiently pleasant and friendly, smiling. Staff was courteous when met in corridor. New hotel - clean and nicely furnished. Pool clean and well stocked w/towels. Carts available for carrying luggage to and from room. No waffle batter available at 8:15am.”

• Parking was limited.

“In all this was a good budget hotel. Clean quite rooms, nice staff and a really comfortable bed. It was hard to find a parking spot at night but the good out weighs the bad.”

• It was very clean, comfortable beds, and the continental breakfast was delicious with many choices.
• There was nothing that I did not like, it was very comfortable and clean.

“We had a very pleasurable stay. The only other comment I would make is that we did get the room at a $10.00 lower rate by phoning and asking for the room rate.”

• I felt confident in the cleanliness. The staff was excellent.
• I can honestly say nothing. It exceeded my expectations.

“Our stay was fabulous. It was a very nice hotel and was completely affordable. My husband and I and our four children really enjoyed our stay. We would not only recommend it but we will also return.”

“Every person we met was excellent Continental breakfast area was busy and serviced top notch. This place is a great find since we have relatives in the area and frequent the area yearly. Stay away from the comfort inn in grain valley. ”

• Weekend staff cleaning/tiding of our room.

“Good accommodation for a short stay provided the rooms are properly serviced over week-ends and the hotel should display its "no smoking" policy on the/its web site.”

• Comfortable beds, indoor pool and spa very nice.
• When I arrived into the room everything was well kept, except the bathroom floor had all types of hair all over it. The floor was disgusting.

• Should be more of these hotels around.

“Great place to stay. I was 100% satisfied with every thing at this hotel. Wonderful mattress's on the bed with a down comforter. Very warm & comfortable place to stay. Reasonable price.”

• The most comfortable beds and pillows of any hotel I¿ve stayed in.
• Beds! Loved them!

“Clean hotel with excellent beds. Hotel staff friendly. We extended our stay and the only problem was maids did not clean room or leave towels for three days.”

• Huge dumpster was in the way of getting g in the drive.

• They had good heat and serve food, and breakfast facilities.
• Very hard to find, poor highway markers, and map!

• I did not like the charge of 15$ that was added to the cost of the hotel.
