• Nothing.
• Unclean, mold in the bathroom, I would not even take a shower there.

“The room was not clean. The bathroom had mold on the wall. The ice machine did not work. It did not feel safe. I have seen better flop houses before. The comforter had cigarette burn holes through it (3). This is one of the worst motel stays that I have ever had.”

• I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe, that I turned my key in and found a different hotel to stay in that night.

“I would not recommend this motel to anyone. It was in an unsafe part of town. My first impression, based on the notices they had taped on the wall, is that this was more of a pay by the hour sort of place. As a woman traveling alone I chose not to stay. It was definitely a waste of money.”

• Cleaner than what I expected and very nice people. Good price.
• No bar or restaurant at the motel. But they are close by.

“I stayed at the Red Roof in Independence, MO when I went to a KC Chiefs football game. It's what I expected although it was cleaner than I thought it would be. Nice, friendly people and like I said much cleaner than what I expected. Doesn't seem to be too busy but everything looked nice. The rooms are what I expected for the price it's a good place if you're just there for a day or 2. No restaurant but plenty of choices close by. I recommend the place.”
