• Short drive to the sports complex, and independence center.
• Small room, very noisy, lobby noise, and stairway noise. No sleep at all.

“Room was small. It was the handicapped room. Extremely noisy. Right in the lobby, was the door to our room. Sounded like the stairs went right over us. Impossible to sleep.”

• The room was simple but clean. Staff were very friendly.
• It was outdated and didn't seem very clean. The room was very humid.

“Ok for one night, but I wouldn't want to stay there very long.”

• Nothing.
• Site is in poor condition; rooms, dining area and lobby were not clean.

“The lobby and adjoining dining area was dirty - dust and litter in corners and carpets that hadn't been vacuumed. A door into the 2nd floor hallway from the north stairwell was broken and wouldn't close. The outside entry door into the north stairwell showed signs it had been kicked in and repaired. A tornado hit the south side of this property a couple of weeks ago, but what I have described has nothing to do with a tornado. It has to do with wear and tear and not keeping things clean and in good repair.”

• Clean and quiet; close to stadium and restaurants.
• Always miss a lounge to relax in, could use better pillows.

“Perfect place to stay for short trip or stopover. It was very clean and close access to interstate.”

• The way you had to enter your rooms.

“The staff was very friendly but I didn't care for the way you had to enter your rooms and the continental breakfast area wasn't very clean.”

• Room was very nice.
• Telephone did not work.

“Number 1 - the telephone did not work, notified the desk, they did nothing. Number 2 ¿ The person that checked in before me had a lower price. When I asked the desk if I had the lowest price, they said no. When I asked them if I could reduce my price to a lower price, they said no because my room was pre-paid.”
