• Continental breakfast and cable TV.
• No swimming pool.

“The motel was decent for the price. But we left an item there and it was a hassle trying to reach a manager to give approval to mail it back to us.”

• nice breakfast, room good size, love fridge and coffee maker in room.
• windows were not clean, did not get room cleaned the 1st day,

• The staff was excellent, as was the cleanliness. Location was convenient for what we needed to do at the college.
• Access from Broadway was poorly lit. The Parking areas need some work, looks like they were dug up for some kind of work late last fall.

“If you need an inexpensive place to sleep, this place is perfect. I had to ask the desk staff for some assistance, as our plans changed slightly at the last minute, and they were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely consider staying again the next time we go to New Ulm, which is a beautiful city to visit. And don't miss the Schell Brewery Tour!!”

• The price.
• The toilet leaked, shabby decor, spider webs.

“I've stayed at many super8s and some are very nice. This is one of the poorest Ive ever been at. Microtel right next door is much nicer.”
