“The rooms were awesome! I had a king size bed and a small living room area with a desk and a small kitchen area with a sink, microwave, and fridge. It had a big bathroom which is always a plus! My view from my room was nice to shopping around the hotel area was good and many restaurants to choose from. I loved my stay here and would recommend it to any one!”

“The hotel was conveniently located and easy to find. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our bathroom light went out and it was fixed in a timely manner. The room needed some cosmetic fixes but it looked like they were working on that. There was something brown in the hot tub so we were afraid to use it and the chlorine in the pool area was so strong it made our eyes burn even without getting in the pool, but we did not have much time to swim anyway so it was ok.”

“Not what I expected. Wish they had been more help in coming to a solution that better suited my needs, not theirs.”

“Great location for restaurants and shopping. The hotel decor is tired looking. The hotel is clean and felt safe.”

“The hotel seems to be under remodel which would account for broken tile in bathroom and noisy air conditioner, old small TV. Hot tub was filthy. Unfriendly check-in. Made me check in both nights on a 2-night stay for some reason or other. Short on help. I had to find more utensils in the kitchen/dining area for breakfast since there is not enough help. They had 1 person at the front desk and same person running the breakfast room. Housekeeping person just started walking in to our room to clean prior to 8 am without knocking and announcing who they were.”

“For a family traveling for the holidays, with three small children, this hotel provided a comfortable place to sleep and eat a good breakfast. The kids liked the swimming pool, and I loved having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. We would have been too cramped if we were planning on spending much time in the hotel room, but it was a good for what we needed.”

“Comfort Suites was a great hotel, close to all that we were doing. It had great amenities and a pool - which was our main objective in finding a hotel to accommodate us during our stay. It was a great value for the money and even had a great continental breakfast.”

“Value
was ok, but windows were loose, AC was very noisy, breakfast room staff was loud and disruptive to guests in breakfast room. Maintenance personnel sitting in breakfast room looked very crude and unclean. Breakfast was not a pleasant experience.”
