• Not much to say as they were doing construction.
• Could use extra outlets in room and cleaner ac/heat units.

“I would only stay here if there wasnt any other hotel available. Its geared more for the business man, more than the leisure traveler.”

• No water glasses in bathroom, hard mattresses.

“Spartan at best. Sharp tacks sticking up thru the carpet where a wall had been removed.”

• Our room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot.
• They were remodeling and everything is old.

“We would not stay there again. Drains were slow and the hotel showed signs of wear and not adequate upkeep.”

• It was very clean, friendly, & well equipped.
• There is not one thing.

“I lived in the area years ago and Ramada was not one of the better hotels. I was shocked when we arrived because it had just been overhauled with LCD TV, ironing board, iron, micros, coffee pot Fridge. It was just like home because my husband also had a recliner in the room. We will differently stay there the next time.”

• Close to where I needed to be.
• People were smoking in hallways next to non-smoking rooms.

• Good, clean, spacious rooms.
• Hallways were very smoky.

“The parking area seemed unsafe, very dark, and definitely made sure I took everything of value out of the car. Hallway was very smoky. We were right next to the smoking section, and smoke just spilled out everywhere. Despite that, the room was super clean and smoke free (except for slightly moldy shower curtain). I felt reassured when we got into the room, and it was clean enough for our baby. Also, staff smoked outside, but the smoke also poured into the stairways from that.”

“Great location, fantastic staff, nice, clean, comfortable rooms. All of this at a great price to boot! I'd most definitely stay there again.”

• The staff helped us get a non-smoking room. They were really friendly & helpful.
• The rear access door was broken & we could enter without using the card. It was fixed by the time we left.

• Indoor & Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub! Very Convenient Location with great restaurants around it!.
• It is an older hotel, and is showing some wear.

“This was a great hotel for the price. It is located right on the main road, and is surrounded by great restaurants! We loved the indoor & outdoor pools, hot tub, and sauna! The manager at the hotel was very friendly!”

• It was clean.
• Other guests were very loud. It was annoying.

“The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was full of what appeared to be HS or College ball teams. These groups were very loud way into the night which was quite annoying. We turned on the fan in our room just to drown out the noise around us.”

• Awesome place. Staff Extremely Courteous / Friendly. Made us feel welcome. My wife liked it and that's IMPORTANT!
• There was not one thing negative about our stay.

“Easy access to/from highway. The personnel at the front desk were very eager to meet any needs we may have had. When I mentioned that Sylvia has artificial knees in both legs, Lisa (I believe her name was - my memory fails me frequently) fixed us up with a room right by the entrance/exit. Ample parking close to room entrance/exit.”

• Location was easy to find and great access to highway and restaurants.
• It was not a very nice hotel, pretty old and run down.

• The young lady that works nights is very friendly, customer focused.
• Sometimes I get a fridge, sometimes I do not.

“The service is outstanding and helpful. I stay 1-7 nights at a time, and I would prefer to have a fridge in my room. Other than that my room is clean and everyone I have come in contact with is very friendly.”

• The price and the breakfast option.
• There was a smell when you walked in the back doors to find your room.

“The room was nice and clean, the breakfast area had good option. The only complaint I have was there was a smell of wetness in the hallway.”

• Good pool.
• Double rather than queen beds.

“Good, clean, great pools which my kids really liked. room was a bit cramped with 4 people and I slept on a cot. no complimentary breakfast since the adjoining restaurant had breakfast menu. beds were nice but only doubles. TWO pools, outdoors and indoors, very nice. air conditioner adequate but noisy even on low setting. No outdoor noise such as idling semi trucks to bother.”

• Forced to take SMOKING room.

“Good location, bed was relatively comfortable, good shower, hated being in smoking room, had no choice and did not know that I had to take a smoking room until I called the hotel after booking the room. Smoking room ruined the rest of the stay.”
