• Dingy stairway spaces could use a little paint.

• The staff at the desk.
• The carpet was very dirty everywhere and the room were not very clean.

• Convenient to the interstate.
• Elevators didn't work and we weren't informed at check in.

• Convenience, friendly staff and inside the room were good.
• Facility is a bit aging: carpets pretty worn in halls, elevators ancient and bit of a musty/old smell to it.

• Room service and lounge and dining facilities available.
• The indoor pool was cold and tons of children were allowed to run around and cannon ball in the hot tub while my husband and I were there.

“Overall, we had a nice stay. The biggest drawbacks were the obnoxious kids there and their lazy parents who didn't make them be respectful of other hotel guests.”

• First room had an odd odor and they didn't hesitate to give me a new room.
• The first room had an odd odor and faced the highway which was noisy.

• Nice, clean, modern rooms and attractive hotel foyer.
• The room we were put in was a corner room and the smallest room on the floor.

• Good location.
• Room was noisy (next to highway), room smelled very musty, bed not very comfortable.

“Guess I was spoiled by the Holiday Inn in Markham Ontario. Probably would have been a more pleasant stay had we been in a cleaner room that was not so noisy next to the highway.”

• They accommodated my request for a king-sized bed.
• The front desk clerk was not very friendly. He only spoke the minimum required to check us in.

“The hotel is convenient to the interstate. The lobby is spacious and attractive. Although the front desk clerk was not friendly, he accommodated my request for a king-sized bed. But I had to ask him -- he didn't ask me what kind of room I would like.”
