• Close to Kum and GO and next to the gas and Samsclub.
• It is pricey and not provided enough cleaness.

• Within walking distance to restaurant and convenience store.
• The hallway smelled of smoke and was drab.

“The room was nice and had great water pressure which is always a plus for me. The hallway smelled of smoke and needed refurbishing.”

• The room was very clean & appealing.
• Keycard did not work & pool was closed by health department.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel staff did not let me know that the pool was closed down by the health dept. Until the next day when we went to use it. I even asked them the night before when it would be open in the morning. The keycard would not open the door; the maid had to let us in the room. The asst. Manager told me the pool had been closed for several days. When I told him of our hotel stay & asked him why we were not told that the pool was closed the night before when I asked what time it would be open in the morning. I also explained that was one of the reasons that we picked this hotel was because of the pool. He was rude & basically told me he did not care.”

• Nice location and at least they had rooms available.
• Hotel was dirty, dated, and smelled horrible.

“This hotel smelled absolutely horrible when we went to go to our rooms. If the lobby had smelled like this I would have ran and never looked back. Most of the other hotels in the area were packed. Now I know why this one wasn't. The rooms were dirty and barely stocked. I didn't even attempt to go down to the breakfast in the morning. I didn't want to eat at a place that smelled so bad.”

• Low cost.
• Room was dirty and had mechanical problems.

“Bathroom was not clean. Toilet seat was coming loose. Control knob for heat lamps in bathroom was missing. An item was accidentally left in the room following check-out. When contacted about finding the item two days later the lady at the front desk was practically confrontational about helping.”

• Don't have any.
• Dirty, unsafe conditions, rude staff (border lining volatile).

“Old, dirty, unsafe. Had to stay in a room without a functioning toilet. They said they tried to have someone fix it but they were unable to but didn't offer to move me. I had to initiate that. Tripped up the stairs twice due to frayed edges from where carpet was pulled up. Staff was rude, yelled at me and told me to "shut up" repeatedly when I told them that I didn't think I should be charged for a room that didn't have a working toilet and they then threatened to call the police. I never yelled or raised my voice.”

• Friendly service.
• Complementary breakfast was not enough for guests, hallway had a big hole in the hallway, side entrance lock didn't work.

“The hotel looked shabby from the inside. the lamp in our room was sort of broken, and the chain latch on our door broke. customer service was friendly, but they didn't accommodate breakfast for all guests.”

“The room was old, drapes had holes, bathroom had mold. I had to have my key card reactivated three times during my stay (Sunday-Friday). Next time I'll try another hotel.”
