• This hotel was very convienent for visiting Worlds & Ocean of Fun.
• The swimming pool is kind of small.

“We stayed one night for the purpose of going to Worlds of Fun. The breakfast had a lot of choices..biscuits & gravy, cereal, fruits, bagels, toast and more. It was an overall great stay,”

• Great breakfast, comfy beds.
• Cold pool, impatient cleaning staff.

“The breakfast bar had lots of options; the pool was nice and clean but a bit cold. The cleaning staff was impatient for us to leave the room, waiting outside the door as we finished packing up, even though we had arranged for a late check out time. Overall, nice experience and great value for the price.”

• Clean room, easy access to highway.
• Staff! Night staff couldn’t give directions! Asked for late check out, than was hounded by front desk and maids until we just left!

“Staff needed to be trained on where they are located so they can help lost night travelers find the hotel. After given the ok for a late check out front desk was rude, they bothered us so much that we ended up leaving earlier than planned.”

• Convenient location to attractions.
• Hotel staff is dishonest & incompetent, unhappy and not customer service oriented.

“Staff (not front desk) was very unfriendly. Hotel stunk and seemed grimy. Carpet in our room was wet and slimy. The sheets on the roll-away were used and dirty. And to top it all off, my purse was left behind in the dresser drawer and hours after we checked out, it was realized and the staff had stolen it. $200 cash, a video iPod, gift cards, etc was gone. Housekeeping manager lied to us about cleaning procedures and hotel manager wouldn't return my phone calls about the issue. I have never been so disgusted and disappointed!”

• Location close to Worlds of Fun, quality breakfast foods, clean room.
• Fitness center was seriously inadequate, no pets were allowed but other guest had dog in room barking continuously and management did nothing to resolve.

“Clean hotel with great location next to Worlds of Fun, nothing fancy but comfortable beds and quality breakfast, fitness center is seriously inadequate, but reasonable price for quality of hotel overall.”
