• Closeness to our destination.
• Put in a smoking room that was dirty, light switch didn't work in bathroom.

“The staff was friendly, but it was an inconvenience to move rooms. We had to come back from our activities the next day to move to a non smoking room. The room the first night was dirty and the light switch did not work in the room the second night.”

• The staff was friendly.
• It smelled like smoke.

“I requested a non smoking room and got a smoking room. The room smelled like smoke my clothes smelled of smoke when I left the next day just being in the room. The fridge leaked water and the AC rattled all night had to turn it off cool to make it stop rattling. This was not a good experience and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.”
