• Th elevators were ragged and felt like they were going to break.

• Good view of city.
• It was loud at all hours, even 4 in the morning!

“The hotel looked nice at first, however we were placed on the 27th floor. I was excited at first because it has a great view, however there was a wedding reception on the 28th floor, which sounded like they were in the same room as us until after midnight! Then after that party was over, there were people partying in the hallway until 4:30 in the morning. We did not get any sleep and I was extremely aggregated in the morning. I have a feeling the whole hotel was in party mode.”

• this hotel has changed ,10yrs ago it sucked and their was nothing down town hotel 360 and down town 360 love it
• the lighting in vanity area is terrible,i stood at the window to do my makeup

“all in all this hotel has had a makeover, for the good.the bed was so comfortable the shower pressure could have been a little stronger.But your in a wonderful location and we love it 10yrs ago downtown had nothing to offer now we have so many things options.we will return.the Kings”

• Hard to find words to compare.
• Paying extra for parking especially an extra $13.00/day.

“Very over rated. Would not stay here again. Pay extra for parking. Elevators didn't work properly. Parking stalls was too small and some guests were taking up two stalls because of it. Not at all what I expected. Hard to get too with all the one way streets in the area.”

• Great location to downtown attractions
• The room could have been cleaned better.

“The hotel was great. We paid a very low price for the room quality. We were upgraded from a normal room to a Exec Room with a living/dining room & separate bedroom at no cost. However, the room had some trash left in it/the bathroom was not cleaned. We walked to the downtown nightlife/restaurants and overall the experience was great!”

• They were water blasting the paint off the side of the parking garage and it got.

“There were water blasting the parking garage and all over my car, they should have had me move my car needless to say I was not happy. I had to pay to have the car detailed its a 25.000 dollar car.”

• Nice rooms, great location and a
  friendly staff.
• Bar and restaurant are only open until 11pm, but there are some good restaurants in the area.

“The bathroom in our hotel room was in repair status and out of order. As soon as we made staff aware, they corrected the situation by upgrading us to a suite. It was very nice and the staff was friendly.”

• Great location to the power and light district. Friendly staff
• The hallways and elevators were a little bit worn out

“I liked the hotel's location to the Power and Light district. It fit my needs perfectly. It wasn't a romantic get-away. Just a leisure trip which the hotel fit my needs perfectly. I'll stay here again. Only negative aspect was their parking.”

• Comfy bed. Flat screen TVs. Clean, trendy lounge. Starbucks on site.

“An easy walk to the Power & Light District. I was even able to find street parking. Clean room. Standard ammenties. Cool view of the convention center (it's literally across the street). Driving in from the West was easy - exit at 13th Street downtown and it takes you right there. Extreme convenience for everything in downtown KC.”

• Located close to entertainment district.
• Bathtub was filthy, brown mold covering White caulk in corners.

“I've stayed at this hotel before and was pleased. This time I just couldn't get over the brown crud in the corners of the tub. We stayed overnight and did not use the tub. Room service food was average and extremely overpriced. Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable. TV had very few channels for cable.”
