• Convenient to the Plaza.
• Inconvenient parking on a hill made for difficulty in toting luggage.

“The hotel was nice, convenient to Plaza, friendly. The parking, however, was a nightmare. Small lot in front was always full, the overflow in back was on a hill, had to climb at least 20 stairs dragging luggage along, very inconvenient, especially for seniors or families with small children.”

• It was cozy.
• It smelled of smoke and staleness, and some rooms really needed updating.

“It is conveniently located (near the Plaza), but it is in a dangerous/seedy zone.”

• Blanket dirty, noisy front of hotel.

“My husband & I were visiting our daughters at college. We needed a close hotel to stay at. The location was perfect. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the bed-dirty blanket. Although, the staff was quite friendly and the atmosphere was upscale.”

• Jacuzzi tub.
• No pool.

• We loved the front desk staff!
• The toilet.

“The hotel was really nice. When we came into town we were worried about the location, but we quickly came to a hotel area where everything was clean and safe. The hotel staff was the most pleasant my boyfriend and I have ever dealt with. The lobby and room were very clean and attractive, and the location was prime for walking to the country club plaza! We loved it!”

• Location.
• Parking is a bit limited.

“This was a good hotel. Close to the plaza. But it might be a little too far away for many to walk but then that's why we have a weight problem in this country. Clean, comfortable, quite. A good value. I'd stay there again.”

• Clean and friendly service. Convenient to the location we needed.

“When we arrived in KC and were lost we finally called the hotel, the front desk agent was nice and gave us directions. When we finally arrived they were nice and pleasant and brought up conversation about our visit, he answered all the questions we had about the area. This was a great hotel and clean! That is a big plus.”

• The Jacuzzi room is awesome and unique.
• There was a spot of rust in the Jacuzzi.

“Overall, the hotel staff was great and very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size. It is very close to the plaza, which was nice. The view from our room wasn't good.”

• Very nice hotel with nice rooms and friendly staff. Located near museums and night life.

“Very nice hotel located near museums and night life. Located in safe urban neighborhood. Easy walk to Cuntry Club Plaza, Art museums and Westport night life. Hotel rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Continental breakfast was sufficient. I highlly recommend this hotel.”
